Plain Language Summary
You are purchasing a license to use a downloadable digital software product. One purchase permits the purchasing chiropractic office and its authorized staff to use the purchased product for that office’s internal business operations. Purchasing the product does not transfer ownership of JRC’s software, source code, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property.
Payments are made through Stripe- or PayPal-controlled payment components. JRC and its website platform receive customer, order, and transaction information associated with the purchase. Payment-related information available to JRC may vary by processor and payment method.
Information entered into a downloaded JRC Billing Tools dashboard is stored locally by the customer’s browser on the customer’s device. It is not stored in a JRC-hosted dashboard database or cloud backend as part of providing the downloadable software product. The website, checkout, payment processors, support email, waitlist workflow, and any customer-selected exports, backups, browser extensions, networks, or third-party systems are separate from the downloaded dashboard.
The purchasing office is responsible for safeguarding its devices, browsers, networks, users, exported files, backups, and third-party systems and for complying with its own legal, contractual, privacy, and security obligations.
All sales are final, subject to the technical-issue provisions stated in these Terms and the Refund Policy.
By purchasing or downloading any JRC Billing Intelligence dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all products sold at jrcbillingtools.com, including the Insurance Verification Dashboard, Claims Follow-Up Dashboard, Workers’ Comp Tracker, MVA / Attorney Tracker, and the Complete Suite.
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable purchase price, JRC Billing Services LLC grants the purchasing chiropractic office a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased JRC Billing Tools product for that office's internal business operations by its authorized staff.
Authorized staff may use the product on workstations associated with the purchasing office, subject to the product's technical operating requirements. The license does not authorize use by unrelated practices, separately owned offices, or unrelated billing operations.
The license grants a right to use the purchased product; it does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights belonging to JRC Billing Services LLC.
You may not:
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. JRC Billing Services LLC does not store your payment card information. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe and PayPal under their respective terms of service. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms of whichever processor handles your transaction. All prices are in USD.
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered. We do not offer refunds on downloaded digital products.

JRC Billing Tools dashboards are downloadable HTML files designed to operate locally in the customer's browser. Information entered into a downloaded dashboard is stored locally by the browser on the customer's device. The downloaded dashboard does not use a JRC-hosted dashboard database or cloud backend to store that information as part of providing the downloadable software product.
JRC Billing Services LLC does not host or store patient information entered into downloaded dashboards as part of providing the downloadable software product.
These statements apply only to information entered into the downloaded dashboard. They do not describe or control the customer's device, browser extensions, networks, email systems, exported files, backup locations, third-party applications, or other customer-selected systems or services.
JRCBillingTools.com, Captivation Hub/LeadConnector website and checkout infrastructure, Cloudflare analytics and security technology, Stripe and PayPal payment processing, Zapier-supported waitlist processing, support email, and the downloaded dashboards are separate environments. Information submitted through the website, checkout, waitlist, payment processors, or support communications may be collected, processed, and retained as described in the Privacy Policy and the applicable service provider's policies.
The purchasing office is responsible for:
Clearing browser storage, changing browsers or devices, replacing files without following applicable update instructions, or experiencing device failure may result in data loss. Customers should use the dashboard's available backup features and follow JRC's backup and update instructions.
JRC Billing Tools is not an electronic health record, clearinghouse, or medical-records storage platform.
JRC Billing Tools provides downloadable software. In the present downloadable software-product relationship, JRC does not host or store the patient information customers enter into the downloaded dashboards as part of providing the product.
HHS guidance states that merely selling or providing software to a covered entity does not create a Business Associate relationship when the software vendor does not have access to the covered entity's protected health information. Whether a Business Associate relationship exists depends on the specific relationship, services performed, and access to protected health information.
The parties do not intend the purchase or license of the downloadable product, by itself, to create a Business Associate relationship or require a Business Associate Agreement. This provision is limited to the present downloadable software-product relationship. Any separate service or arrangement under which JRC is given access to protected health information must be evaluated independently and, if applicable, addressed in a separate written agreement.
Purchasing or using JRC Billing Tools does not automatically make an office HIPAA compliant. JRC Billing Tools has not been certified or approved by HHS. Each purchasing office remains responsible for determining its own HIPAA obligations and maintaining appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for its devices, browsers, networks, users, exported files, backups, and third-party systems.
Denial code guidance, billing workflow suggestions, and other content included in the dashboards is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, or compliance advice. You are responsible for verifying all billing decisions against your payer contracts and applicable regulations.
The dashboards are provided “as is.” JRC Billing Intelligence makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for any lost revenue, lost data, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use the dashboards.
Use of these dashboards does not guarantee claim payment, reimbursement, payer acceptance, audit protection, regulatory compliance, or reduction of denials.
Complete Suite buyers receive notification emails when major updates are released. Updates are provided as new downloadable files. JRC Billing Intelligence reserves the right to modify or discontinue future updates at any time.
In all cases, JRC Billing Intelligence’s total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, including but not limited to breach of contract, tort, negligence, and strict liability.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
