Plain Language Summary

You are buying a digital software tool. You get a license to use it in your office. Payments go through Stripe or PayPal — we never see your card. Your data stays on your device. All sales are final. If something doesn’t work technically, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it.

1. Agreement

By purchasing or downloading any JRC Billing Intelligence dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all products sold at jrcbillingtools.com, including the Insurance Verification Dashboard, Claims Follow-Up Dashboard, Workers’ Comp Tracker, MVA / Attorney Tracker, and the Complete Suite.

2. License

JRC Billing Intelligence grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the purchased dashboard files for your internal business operations. This license is for one chiropractic office or billing operation.

• You may install and use the dashboards on multiple devices within the same office
• You may place files on a shared internal network drive for staff access within the same office
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share files with other offices or organizations
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative products for commercial sale

3. Payment Processors

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. JRC Billing Services LLC does not store your payment card information. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe and PayPal under their respective terms of service. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms of whichever processor handles your transaction. All prices are in USD.

4. Digital Products — All Sales Final

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered. We do not offer refunds on downloaded digital products.

Exception — Technical Issues: If you experience any technical issue that prevents you from opening or using your dashboard, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it. See our full Refund Policy for details.

5. Data and Privacy

All data you enter into JRC Billing Intelligence dashboards is stored locally on your device using your browser’s localStorage. JRC Billing Intelligence does not collect, receive, store, or have access to any patient information, billing data, or business data you enter.

• No data is transmitted to JRC Billing Intelligence or any third party through use of the dashboards
• You are solely responsible for securing your device and managing access to dashboard files
• Clearing browser cache, switching browsers, switching devices, or device failure may result in permanent loss of locally stored data. JRC Billing Intelligence is not responsible for data loss from these actions
• We recommend using the built-in password protection and regularly exporting backup files using the built-in backup feature

6. HIPAA Responsibility

Because no patient data is transmitted to or stored by JRC Billing Intelligence, we do not function as a Business Associate under HIPAA. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these tools complies with applicable HIPAA requirements within your organization.

7. No Medical or Legal Advice

Denial code guidance, billing workflow suggestions, and other content included in the dashboards is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, or compliance advice. You are responsible for verifying all billing decisions against your payer contracts and applicable regulations.

8. Disclaimers

The dashboards are provided “as is.” JRC Billing Intelligence makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for any lost revenue, lost data, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use the dashboards.

Use of these dashboards does not guarantee claim payment, reimbursement, payer acceptance, audit protection, regulatory compliance, or reduction of denials.

9. Updates

Complete Suite buyers receive notification emails when major updates are released. Updates are provided as new downloadable files. JRC Billing Intelligence reserves the right to modify or discontinue future updates at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

In all cases, JRC Billing Intelligence’s total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, including but not limited to breach of contract, tort, negligence, and strict liability.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
