Refund Policy

The Short Version

All sales are final. If something doesn’t work — your download link failed, the file won’t open, you were charged but got nothing — contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

All Sales Final

JRC Billing Tools sells downloadable digital products. Because the product is delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once the download link has been issued. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits under normal circumstances.

We Will Make It Right

We stand behind our products. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if any of the following apply:

• The dashboard file will not open in Chrome or Edge
• Your download link was not delivered to your email
• The link expired before you could download
• The file appears corrupted or incomplete
• A core feature is not functioning as described on the product page
• You were charged but never received a download link
• You downloaded the wrong file and need the correct one

Email [email protected] with your order confirmation and a description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours on business days and will resolve it — either by resending a working download link or, in the event of a verified technical failure on our end, issuing a refund.

What Is Not Covered

• Change of mind after purchase
• Purchasing the wrong product (contact us — we may be able to help)
• Incompatibility with browsers other than Chrome or Edge
• Issues caused by clearing browser data or localStorage after setup
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

Payment Processors — Stripe & PayPal

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method through the processor used at checkout.

Refund timing is determined by your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.
