Our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) collect your name, email address, billing address, and payment details. JRC Billing Services LLC never sees your card number or bank details. We receive only: your name and email, transaction confirmation, and a receipt identifier — used solely to fulfill your order and provide purchase support.
If you email support or join the Office Setup waitlist, we collect the information you voluntarily provide. We use it only to respond to your request or contact you about availability.
Basic analytics — pages visited, time on site, general location (city/region level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. We do not use tracking pixels or sell data to advertisers.
No patient data, ever. The dashboards run entirely on your device. Any patient names, insurance information, claim numbers, or billing data you enter stays in your browser’s localStorage. It is never transmitted to us or anyone else.
PHI on your device only. JRC Billing Intelligence does not receive, transmit, store, or process Protected Health Information on company-controlled servers or systems.
No payment card data. All payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and PayPal on their secure infrastructure.
We use two payment processors. When you complete a purchase, you are also subject to their privacy policies. Both are independent data controllers for the payment information they collect.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
By purchasing or joining the waitlist, you may receive transactional emails related to your purchase or inquiry. We may occasionally send product update notifications to past buyers. You can opt out at any time by emailing [email protected].
We use industry-standard practices to protect the limited personal information we hold. Payment data is never stored on our systems — it is handled entirely by Stripe and PayPal, both PCI-DSS compliant. Because patient and billing data never leaves your device, the primary security responsibility for that data lies with you. We recommend using the built-in password protection and regular backup features in your dashboards.
You may request deletion of your email address and purchase record at any time by contacting [email protected]. We are required to retain transaction records for tax and accounting purposes.
Our products are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance.
