The website operates through Captivation Hub/LeadConnector infrastructure and uses Cloudflare analytics and security technology. Stripe and PayPal provide payment technology, and Zapier supports the Office Setup waitlist workflow.
Information entered into a downloaded JRC Billing Tools dashboard is different from information submitted through the website. Dashboard-entered information is stored locally by the customer’s browser on the customer’s device and is not stored in a JRC-hosted dashboard database or cloud backend as part of providing the downloadable software product.
This Privacy Policy explains the website and business information JRC and its service providers may process, the separate treatment of downloaded dashboard information, and the choices and responsibilities that apply.
JRC may collect information that a visitor or customer provides through JRCBillingTools.com, checkout, the Office Setup waitlist, and support communications. Depending on the interaction, this may include:
Do not submit patient names, patient identifiers, medical information, protected health information, claim information, or other patient-specific information through the Office Setup waitlist or ordinary support email.
JRCBillingTools.com operates through Captivation Hub/LeadConnector infrastructure and uses Cloudflare analytics and security technology. These services may process technical and usage information associated with a visit, such as Internet Protocol address, pages viewed, date and time of access, approximate location derived from network information, browser or device information, referring pages, and interaction information.
Google Analytics and Meta/Facebook Pixel were not configured on the website at the time this language was prepared. The website's service providers may nevertheless use their own technical tools, cookies, browser storage, scripts, or similar technologies to deliver, secure, analyze, or process website and checkout activity.
Website analytics and hosting are separate from information entered into downloaded dashboards.
Stripe and PayPal provide payment technology used at checkout. Payment credentials are entered and processed through Stripe- or PayPal-controlled payment components. JRC and Captivation Hub/LeadConnector receive customer, order, and transaction information associated with a purchase. The specific payment-related information available to JRC may depend on the processor and payment method used.
Customer and transaction information may include company name, customer name, email address, purchased product, quantity, order date, order amount, order status, transaction status, and related order or transaction identifiers.
Stripe and PayPal process information under their respective terms and privacy policies.
The Office Setup waitlist is intended only for office setup and business information. It collects practice name, contact name, email address, specialty, number of locations, selected configuration needs, and optional notes.
Waitlist submissions are sent through a third-party Zapier workflow. The workflow may also prepare an email containing the submitted information to [email protected] through the submitter's email application.
Do not use the waitlist to submit patient names, patient identifiers, medical information, protected health information, claim information, or other patient-specific information.
JRC's published support address is [email protected]. When a person contacts JRC by email, JRC may receive the sender's email address and any name, practice information, message content, attachments, or other information the sender chooses to provide.
Ordinary support email is not represented as an encrypted or approved method for transmitting protected health information. Do not send patient names, patient identifiers, medical information, protected health information, claim information, or other patient-specific information through ordinary support email.
JRC Billing Tools dashboards are downloadable HTML files designed to operate locally in the customer's browser. Information entered into a downloaded dashboard is stored locally by the browser on the customer's device. It is not stored in a JRC-hosted dashboard database or cloud backend as part of providing the downloadable software product.
JRC does not host or store patient information entered into downloaded dashboards as part of providing the downloadable software product.
These statements apply only to the downloaded dashboard. They do not describe or control what happens if a customer exports, copies, backs up, emails, uploads, or otherwise transfers information, or uses browser extensions, networks, third-party applications, or other customer-selected systems or services.
Information submitted through JRCBillingTools.com, checkout, Stripe, PayPal, the Office Setup waitlist, Zapier, support email, or other communications is separate from dashboard-entered information.
JRCBillingTools.com does not currently display a cookie-consent banner. The website and its service providers may use cookies, browser storage, scripts, pixels or beacons, and similar technical identifiers to deliver and secure the site, operate checkout, prevent fraud, process payments, and understand website usage.
These technologies may be used by Captivation Hub/LeadConnector, Cloudflare, Stripe, and PayPal. Their use and retention of identifiers are governed by their own configurations and policies as well as applicable law.
JRC had not configured Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, a Captivation Hub advertising pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, a session recorder, or a recognizable advertising or remarketing tracker at the time this language was prepared.
