All Sales Final

Due to the digital nature of JRC Billing Intelligence products, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered to your email. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads.

This policy exists because digital files can be downloaded and retained regardless of a refund being issued, which makes traditional return policies unworkable for software products.

We Will Make It Right

If you experience any of the following technical issues within 7 days of purchase, contact us immediately and we will resolve it at no additional cost:

• The dashboard file will not open in Chrome or Edge
• The download link was not delivered to your email
• The file appears corrupted or incomplete
• A core feature is not functioning as described on the product page
• You downloaded the wrong file and need the correct one

What Is Not Covered

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incompatibility with browsers other than Chrome or Edge
• Issues caused by clearing browser data or localStorage after setup
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
