Who We Are

JRC Billing Intelligence is a product of JRC Billing Services, based in South Carolina, USA. We sell digital dashboard software for chiropractic billing offices at jrcbillingtools.com.

What Information We Collect

When you make a purchase:

• Name and email address (collected by PayPal at checkout)
• Purchase details — product name, date, and amount

When you join the waitlist or contact us:

• Name, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide in the form

When you visit jrcbillingtools.com:

• Basic website analytics — pages visited, time on site, general location (city/region level)
• No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics

What We Do NOT Collect

This is the most important section for chiropractic billing offices:

• No patient data. The dashboards run entirely in your browser. Any patient names, insurance information, claim numbers, or billing data you enter stays on your device in your browser's localStorage. It is never transmitted to us.
• PHI on your device only. JRC Billing Intelligence does not receive, transmit, store, or process Protected Health Information on company-controlled servers or systems. Any information entered into the dashboards remains solely on your local device.
• No payment card data. All payments are processed by PayPal. We never see your card number or bank details.

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your download link after purchase
• To send product update notifications (Complete Suite buyers)
• To respond to support requests
• To contact waitlist applicants about Office Setup availability

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email Communications

By purchasing a product or joining the waitlist, you may receive transactional emails related to your purchase or inquiry. We may occasionally send product update notifications to past buyers. You can opt out at any time by emailing [email protected].

You may request that we delete your email address and purchase record from our system at any time by contacting [email protected]. Note that we are required to retain transaction records for tax and accounting purposes.

Children's Privacy

Our products are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
